Timelines begin once scope and content are ready and are confirmed for your project. Extra pages on eligible packages are $60 each. A landing page stays a single-page format. Payment processing, booking platforms, domain registration and other third-party charges are separate where applicable.
The founding-client offer is temporary while Pageory develops its client portfolio. I do not publish a made-up previous price or pretend a countdown is running. Ask me to confirm current availability and what your written quote includes.
Content and functionality change the total
Some businesses arrive with polished text and images. Others need help writing, branding or moving content. The estimate should reflect that difference, rather than hide it inside an unexplained package.

These options have agreed limits and deliverables in your quote; they are not unlimited writing, translation or integration retainers. Basic technical search foundations belong to the build. Expanded local SEO work is an additional scope, not a guarantee of rankings.
Website Care: $40/month, optional
The managed plan includes hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, software and security updates, support, and small changes to existing content—such as opening hours, a price, a photo or a service description.
New pages, major layout changes, booking systems, new integrations and redesigns are quoted separately. I clarify any borderline request before starting chargeable work. Hosting yourself is also an option: Pageory charges no monthly care fee for a self-hosted handover, but your new provider may charge you.
A simple first-year example: a $200 one-page build plus 12 monthly care payments of $40 totals $680. This illustration excludes optional extras, domain registration and third-party fees; it is not a blanket quote.
How an estimate becomes an agreement
Use the live project estimator to combine a package, eligible extra pages and add-ons. Its arithmetic is transparent: a five-page business site at $450 plus two extra pages at $60 each is $570, before any selected add-ons or monthly care.
No deposit or upfront payment is required to begin work. Unless your written quote states otherwise, the agreed build fee is payable before the website goes live.
I then confirm scope, revision rounds, content responsibilities, payment schedule and delivery estimate in writing. The estimator does not take payment or reserve a slot. Additional work requires a separate agreed quote.
Ownership and cancellation, in plain language
Before you hire anyone — me included — check whose name is on your domain registration. Who actually owns your website is the ten-minute version of that check.
Your domain is registered in your name. Once the final invoice is paid, your finished website design and content are yours, subject to third-party licenses. You can request the files to move to another host.
You can cancel Website Care at the end of a paid month; previously billed fees are not refunded when you cancel. If Pageory ends hosting, different handover and limited hosting-refund terms apply. Read the cancellation terms and ask about anything unclear before accepting a quote.
Questions about web design pricing
Is there a required monthly subscription?
No. Website Care is optional. A self-hosted handover has no Pageory monthly care charge, but domain registration, your chosen host or other services can have their own fees.
Does $200 buy a five-page website?
No. The $200 starting offer is for one custom landing page. A business website with five included pages currently starts at $450.
Can the final price differ from the estimator?
Yes, if the agreed project scope differs. I confirm the full price in a written quote before work starts, and quote new scope before doing it.
