A website that works for your business

Your next website. Without a second job.

You know your business. You should not need to learn web design to explain it online. Pageory turns your services, story and next customer action into a custom website, then helps you launch it.

Temporary founding-client pricing. Full scope agreed in writing. No obligation to build.

How much website do you actually need?

A single page can work well when you have one service, one audience and one clear way to get in touch. If customers need to compare several services, understand your approach or see detailed work, separate pages give those questions room to breathe.

I start by mapping the visit: what brought someone here, what they need to know, and what would make them comfortable contacting you. A five-page business site might include Home, Services, About, Examples and Contact. The final structure follows your business rather than a fixed menu.

There is a longer version of that decision, with the five-page structure I usually end up recommending, in how many pages you actually need.

Already have a website? You may need a focused improvement rather than a full replacement. My redesign process starts by keeping what is useful.

What the build covers

Custom design and development

Page structure, visual styling and responsive layouts for your agreed scope. Your site should feel like your business, not a logo placed on an unrelated template.

A usable mobile experience

Readable text, clear menus, usable forms and contact actions that do not require pinching or hunting on a phone.

Search foundations

Page titles, descriptions, semantic headings, crawlable links and a sensible URL structure. These are foundations, not a promise of a particular ranking.

Launch and handover

I connect your domain, check the live pages and agree how the site will be maintained. Your domain stays in your name.

I agree who supplies text, photographs and branding before work starts. Copywriting, a brand kit and expanded local SEO setup are priced separately where needed; they are not quietly assumed to be included in every $200 site.

A small, direct working relationship

  1. Define the job. Tell me about your business and your current site, if you have one. I agree pages, features, content responsibilities and a written price.
  2. Build a working draft. Review the actual website while there is time to refine it. A typical business build is estimated at 2–3 weeks once scope and content are ready.
  3. Review and launch. I work through the revisions included in your quote, test the customer path, and launch after your approval.

You deal directly with the person building the site. If your project needs a complex application or ongoing software development, I will clarify that before treating it as a brochure website.

Your website after launch

Optional Website Care is $40/month: hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, updates, support and small existing-content edits. A new booking system, new pages or a redesign is a separate project, quoted before work starts.

Prefer to manage hosting yourself? I can hand over the files. Once the final invoice is paid, the finished website design and its content are yours, subject to any third-party licenses. Moving to your own host may still involve that provider's charges. See package and ongoing-cost details.

Questions about small-business web design

Can you work with a business that has no website?

Yes. Tell me what you sell, who you serve and how a new customer should reach you. I can suggest a first-page structure and help you choose a domain registered in your name.

Is the $200 offer permanent?

No. It is temporary founding-client pricing for a one-page build. There is no countdown or invented slot limit; the availability, scope and price are confirmed in your written quote.

Do I have to be based in DC?

No. I serve Washington DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia through remote collaboration. I can discuss another location without claiming a local office there.
